Welcome to WH Consulting. By accessing this website or participating in consultation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
WH Consulting provides parent education, family consultation, coaching, and support services. These services are educational and consultative in nature and are intended to provide guidance, support, and practical strategies for parents, caregivers, and families.
Consultation services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between the provider and the client. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing timely notice if rescheduling is necessary.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are disclosed prior to scheduling. Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of scheduling. Additional details regarding fees, cancellations, and payment policies are available on the Fees & Policies page.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Fees may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments in accordance with the Fees & Policies page.
Confidentiality
WH Consulting respects client privacy and will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during consultation services. However, electronic communications, including email and website submissions, cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
