ABOUT ME
For more than 13 years, I've worked with children, adolescents, families, and schools throughout Sonoma and Marin County to help families navigate challenges and build stronger relationships. My background includes hands-on experience in school settings, behavioral support, and family consultation — work that's given me a practical, ground-level understanding of what actually helps families day to day.
My approach is practical and strengths-based, not clinical. Rather than diagnosing or treating, I work alongside parents and caregivers to identify what's already working, build new skills, and develop realistic strategies that fit your family's specific situation — not a one-size-fits-all program.
I believe lasting change happens when families feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that actually work in their day-to-day life — at home, at school, and in their community.
