Fees & Policies
To ensure a consistent and professional experience, WH Consulting has established policies regarding scheduling, payment, and cancellations. These policies help create clear expectations and allow services to be delivered effectively while respecting the time and commitment of all families.
-
Consultation Fees
WH Consulting is a private-pay practice. Sessions are $150 per hour.
Payment is due at the time of service. Private pay allows for flexible, personalized services without the constraints of insurance requirements or diagnostic coding — the focus stays entirely on your family's needs and goals.
Please contact WH Consulting to discuss session length, frequency, and what a plan tailored to your family might look like.
-
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless other arrangements have been made in advance. This helps reserve appointment times and maintain consistency in services.
-
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Positive outcomes are most likely when families participate consistently and actively engage in the consultation process. Services are designed to support long-term growth, improved communication, and lasting positive change.
By scheduling services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Fees & Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
